Peter Nielsen is a warden in a very sheltered accomodation unit. He has had a long career in IT and in teaching, and has served the community on councils and school governing bodies. He is a graduate of the Bradford School of Peace Studies and holds a further and adult education teaching qualification. In his spare time, he reads, writes, works out in a gym, and looks after his year-old granddaughter one day each week.

Peter says: ” I am indebted to the local Labour Party for giving me this opportunity to go to work on behalf of the community in Greenhill Ward if you should choose to elect me next May. The concentration on vitally important health issues in Kidderminster has tended to overshadow other concerns about traffic, youth, planning, environment and crime prevention. In the months ahead, I will talk to the people of Greenhill Ward about these and other concerns. I will take what you tell me on board and this will guide my priorities for action on your behalf for my period in office if you so decide. I hope you will. I would enjoy the experience very much.”
